PF Closureനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ എങ്ങനെ നല്‍കാം (GPF online application has not activated ) ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ്സില്‍ നല്‍കിയിട്ടുള്ള ഫോമുകള്‍ 1.Application for Closure of General Provident Fund (Kerala) Account 2.GPF -Closure – Option statement- Proforma 3.GPF -Closure/Declaration /Proforma 4.GPF -Closure – Annexure III Declaration 5.GPF -Closure – FORM OF Nomination 6.GPF -Closure – Identification Particulars എന്നിവ പ്രിന്‍റ് എടുത്ത് തെറ്റില്ലാതെ പൂരിപ്പിക്കുക .ഒന്നില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ പേജുകള്‍ ഉള്ള ഫോമുകള്‍ Double Side പ്രിന്‍റ് എടുത്താല്‍ മതി.കൂടാതെ അവസാനമായി ലഭിച്ച Credit Card (GPF Annual Account Statement) കോപ്പിയും ,Statement of Deposit withdrawals (Form-E)യും അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമര്‍പ്പിക്കണം .Statement ല്‍ അവസാനം ലഭിച്ച Credit Cardനു ശേഷമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങളും(PFലേക്ക് പോയത്:-Monthly Subscription,Refund of advance ,Pay Revision Arrears ,DA Arrears) NRA എടുത്തുവെങ്കില്‍ ആ വിവരങ്ങളും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തണം.
അപേക്ഷയില്‍ DDO, Applicant ,Witness എന്നിവര്‍ ഒപ്പ്,സീല്‍ വച്ച് കവറിംഗ് ലെറ്റര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ താഴെ നല്‍കിയിട്ടുള്ള വിലാസത്തില്‍ സാധാരണ തപാലിലോ/സ്പീഡ് പോസ്റ്റിലോ അയയ്ക്കാം.
Description Roll Identification Particulars എന്ന ഫോമിലെ ആറാമത്തെ ചോദ്യം ഇവിടെ ഇടത് കൈയുടെ എല്ലാ വിരലിന്‍റെയും thumb impression വേണം .അതുപോലെ ഏഴാമത്തെ ചോദ്യം ഇവിടെ അപേക്ഷകന്‍ മൂന്ന് ഒപ്പുകള്‍ ഇടണം .മൂന്ന് ഒപ്പും ഒരു പോലെ ആവാന്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം.
